EqualAI tracks answers to your selected prompts so you can understand when your brand appears, which sources AI models cite, and how those results compare with tracked competitors. These guides follow the names and controls in the application.

## Start with a project

A scheduled or manually requested run needs to finish before new results appear. An empty report does not establish that your brand is absent from AI answers everywhere.

These measure different things from tracked-prompt visibility; do not substitute one for another.

## Manage your workspace

Some controls require a project or workspace administrator. The relevant guide explains access restrictions.
